\n\tEXCLUSIVE: Fans of the Apple TV<\/a> sports comedy series Stick<\/a> will see a lot more of Timothy Olyphant<\/a> and Judy Greer<\/a> in Season 2. Both have been promoted to series regular roles on the Jason Keller-created show.<\/p>\n

\n\tStick is a feel-good sports comedy about a found family and their relationships set within the world of golf.\u00a0In Season 1, Owen Wilson stars as Pryce Cahill, who goes by the nickname Stick, an over-the-hill, ex-pro golfer whose career was derailed prematurely 20 years ago. After the collapse of his marriage and while working at an Indiana sporting goods store, Pryce hedges his bets and future entirely on a troubled 17-year-old golf phenom named Santi (Peter Dager). <\/p>\n

\n\tThe series was renewed for a second season in July, with confirmed actors returning: Wilson as Pryce Cahill, Peter Dager as Santi, Marc Maron as Pryce\u2019s friend Mitts, Mariana Trevi\u00f1o as Santi\u2019s mom Elena, and Lilli Kay as bartender-turned-caddy Zero. Olyphant will reprise the role of Clark Ross, Pryce\u2019s rival and former partner, and Greer as Pryce\u2019s ex-wife, Amber-Linn.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Season 1 finale, \u201cD\u00e9j\u00e0 Vu All Over Again,\u201d hints at that next chapter as Santi flirted with the idea of teaming up with Clark, replacing Pryce. As for Greer\u2019s Amber-Linn and Pryce, there was a scene where the couple addressed their romantic history. Amber-Linn invited Pryce into her hotel room, but he declined.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIn that scene, what Amber-Linn sees is the Pryce that she always wished she had seen years ago when they lost their son,\u201d Keller told Deadline in a post-mortem interview<\/a> in June. \u201cThis was the Pryce that, had he shown up in this way a long time ago, they maybe would have survived their marriage, and they would have stayed together. For many different reasons, Pryce just couldn\u2019t get there.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tHailing from Apple Studios, Stick is showrun by Keller, who also serves as executive producer alongside Wilson, Ben Silverman for Propagate Content and Entertainment 360\u2019s Guymon Casady. The series is also executive produced by Howard T. Owens, Rodney Ferrell, Drew Buckley, Christopher Moynihan, Bill Callahan, and Jaffar Mahmood.\u00a0<\/p>\n
