What is ICSS? ICSS simply means Inspire-Create-Start-Scale program powered by Smedan.ICSS gives you a clear, step-by-step path to start and grow a successful business. ICSS is for anyone with the drive to build something meaningful, regardless of where they start. It meets people where they are\u2014and helps them grow<\/p>\n

The ICSS Program have 4 Modules:<\/p>\n

1. Inspire, This module introduces self discovery, career sensitisation, employability, and entrepreneurship fundamentals to help individuals identify and shape their entrepreneurial potential.<\/p>\n

Who is it for: Aspiring entrepreneurs unsure where to start, Individuals curious about business, Recent graduates and job seekers exploring entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

Eligibility Criteria: Open to anyone interested in entrepreneurship, No prior business experience required, Willingness to participate actively. <\/p>\n

3.Start: This module focuses on business planning, financial projections, and operational readiness to support participants in launching and stabilising their businesses.<\/p>\n

Who is it for: Entrepreneurs ready to move from planning to execution, Those with a validated idea needing guidance on launching, Business owners formalizing operations.<\/p>\n

Eligibility Criteria: Clear business model and validated idea, Willingness to implement marketing and sales strategies, Commitment to launching the business.<\/p>\n

Scale: This module explores business innovation, productivity enhancement, digital marketing, and growth planning to prepare participants for scaling and investment.<\/p>\n

Who is it for: Business owners ready to scale., Entrepreneurs expanding into new markets., Founders seeking investment and strategic grow<\/p>\n

Eligibility Criteria: Operational business with existing customers, Proven revenue or strong growth potential, Willingness to implement scaling strategies.<\/p>\n
