A single company is now handling maintenance at 50 percent of the golf courses in The Villages.<\/p>\n
BrightView has increased its managed golf portfolio at The Villages from approximately 20 percent of the Community Development District\u2019s 400 golf holes to more than 50 percent, now overseeing upwards of 20 nine-hole golf courses across the community.<\/p>\n

The Project Wide Advisory Committee now has an annual contract of $9.5 million with BrightView while the Amenity Authority Committee is spending $3.4 million annually with BrightView.<\/p>\n
Services at The Villages\u2019 golf courses include comprehensive turf and horticultural management, grooming, agronomy, irrigation management, and ongoing enhancements designed to support playability, turfgrass health, player enjoyment, and long-term course sustainability.<\/p>\n
BrightView recently added highly regarded agronomist Reagan Hejl, Ph.D., a graduate of Texas A&M University\u2019s renowned School of Agronomy, to its golf leadership team.<\/p>\n
