\n\tFollowing the recent deaths of James Van Der Beek<\/a> and Eric Dane<\/a>, Kimberly Van Der Beek is offering her support to Rebecca Gayheart<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe wife of the late Dawson\u2019s Creek star paid tribute to Dane following his death at age 53 on Thursday, in addition to extending her support to the Grey\u2019s Anatomy alum\u2019s wife Rebecca Gayheart.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cRIP @realericdane,\u201d wrote Kimberly with a red carpet photo of the four of them on her Instagram Story. \u201cWe love you @rebeccagayheartdane. Will miss our guys laughing at Christmas parties together.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tGayheart shared the image to her Story, writing to Kimberly, \u201cSo much love for you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDane\u2019s family announced his death<\/a> in a statement on Thursday, after he revealed his ALS diagnosis<\/a> last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWith heavy hearts, we share that Eric Dane passed on Thursday afternoon following a courageous battle with ALS<\/a>,\u201d they said in part. \u201cHe spent his final days surrounded by dear friends, his devoted wife, and his two beautiful daughters, Billie and Georgia, who were the center of his world.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLast week, James Van Der Beek died at age 48<\/a>, following his struggle with colorectal cancer<\/a>, which he revealed in November 2024.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cOur beloved James David Van Der Beek passed peacefully this morning,\u201d the family wrote on Instagram. \u201cHe met his final days with courage, faith, and grace. There is much to share regarding his wishes, love for humanity and the sacredness of time. Those days will come.
