Discovery (WBD). <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSpeaking to Deadline on the red carpet of the <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/bafta\/\" id=\"auto-tag_bafta\" data-tag=\"bafta\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">BAFTA<\/a> Film Awards, the <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/netflix\/\" id=\"auto-tag_netflix\" data-tag=\"netflix\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Netflix<\/a> co-CEO said: \u201cWe have a signed deal with Warner Bros., they\u2019re trying to circumvent it. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cThe one thing I would like in this process is: \u2018If you wanna try and outbid our deal \u2026 just make a better deal. Just put a better deal on the table. Don\u2019t make up stories, don\u2019t [spread] misinformation about market share. Just put a better deal on the table and see if you can win.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn agreement with Netflix, <a data-id=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2026\/02\/where-things-stand-in-battle-for-warner-bros-discovery-1236726865\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2026\/02\/where-things-stand-in-battle-for-warner-bros-discovery-1236726865\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">WBD reopened its sales process last week<\/a>, giving Paramount seven days to make its best and final offer. The deadline for this process ends February 23.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn conversation with Deadline\u2019s Baz Bamigboye, Sarandos had one other message for Paramount: \u201cI like Landman,\u201d he laughed. <\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Netflix Chief Ted Sarandos chats to Deadline on the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/BAFTAs?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">#BAFTAs<\/a> red carpet about the Warner Bros.
