<\/a><\/p>\nA T. rex, the front half of a Spinosaurus, an InGen truck, a boat, crates, and trees are the props currently visible in the lot. With the exception of the T. rex, all of these items used to be part of a Jurassic Park experience on the Studio Tour. Guests drove through a set of crates and tracks as Dilophosaurus animatronics sprayed them with water. The experience was part of the tour from 1996 to 2024.<\/p>\n The Spinosaurus was near the end of the Studio Tour set, peeking out among the prop trees. It\u2019s now clearly just half of a Spinosaurus but the dinosaur\u2019s missing back half was camouflaged on the Studio Tour experience. The Spinosaurus was the \u201cvillain\u201d of Jurassic Park III.<\/p>\n Among the tree pieces backstage is a small white dinosaur cage.<\/p>\n The two larger crates are labeled with the InGen logo. Like the Spinosaurus, the boat is from Jurassic Park III. It may be the screen-used prop.<\/p>\n The InGen truck, too, may be screen-used. It\u2019s parked next to the T. rex, giving a sense of scale to the full dinosaur model.<\/p>\n Based on the main T. rex in the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World series, this full-size statue depicts her mid-roar. It appears to be the same statue that was displayed at CityWalk<\/a> in 2018 for the release of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.<\/p>\n The TikTok video below by user @themeparkmom shows some of the props in their original locations on the Studio Tour.<\/p>\n @themeparkmom<\/a> <\/p>\n Day THREE this week of more and more Jurassic Park props appearing on the Lower Lot at Universal Studios Hollywood, and at this point the pattern is impossible to ignore. Universal is clearly disassembling the Greens Street area of the Studio Tour and relocating iconic Jurassic Park set pieces in plain sight. These are the same props longtime fans recognize from the former Studio Tour experience, now being removed piece by piece as Greens Street is stripped down. Guests can actually watch this transition happen in real time, which makes this one of the most fascinating behind-the-scenes moments happening in the park right now. #JurassicPark<\/a> #UniversalStudiosHollywood<\/a> #ThemeParkNews<\/a> #StudioTour<\/a> #LowerLot<\/a><\/p>\n \u266c Jurassic Park Main Theme (From \u201cJurassic Park\u201d) \u2013 Geek Music<\/a> <\/p>\n Though we don\u2019t know the exact reason behind the moving of these props, it may indicate there will be a Jurassic Park \/ Jurassic World experience at Universal Fan Fest Nights 2026.<\/p>\n Fan Fest Nights 2026 Universal announced details for\u00a0Universal Fan Fest Nights 2026<\/a> earlier this month. Although Jurassic Park is not listed among the fandoms receiving special experiences, that doesn\u2019t mean it won\u2019t have some extra love during the event. Last year, for example, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter had special event entertainment in the form of\u00a0wandering\u00a0Fantastic Beasts\u00a0puppeteers<\/a>, although this was not announced as part of the event.<\/p>\n Universal Studios Hollywood recently posted a seasonal casting call<\/a> seeking both dinosaur puppeteers and actors to play face characters for John Hammond, Ian Malcolm, and Dennis Nedry. We speculated this could be for similar wandering character entertainment at Fan Fest Nights.<\/p>\n The props, however, suggest something bigger, like a walkthrough.
