Investors lost their sense of security in the business of cybersecurity companies<\/a> after Anthropic on Friday launched Claude Code Security<\/a>, which it said can scan code for vulnerabilities and suggest solutions. Shares of CrowdStrike<\/a>, Palo Alto Networks<\/a> and Cloudflare<\/a> slumped, but it was IBM<\/a> that was hit the worst<\/a>, plunging nearly 13.2%.<\/p>\n The “pure tariff chaos”\u2014 as Bernd Lange, the chair of the European Parliament’s Committee on International Trade, put it \u2014 also contributed to the uncertainty in markets.
