The next-generation OnePlus flagship, expected to be called the OnePlus 16, has appeared in a fresh leak. It suggests the device could feature even thinner bezels than the OnePlus 15.<\/p>\n

The OnePlus 15<\/a> launched globally in November 2025, featuring a 6.78-inch BOE X3 panel. One of the highlights of the display was a 165Hz refresh rate, up from 120Hz on the OnePlus 13. <\/p>\n

A new leak from tipster Old Chen Air has now surfaced on Chinese social media site Weibo<\/a>, revealing a key highlight of the OnePlus 16’s display. According to the leak, the OnePlus 16 may have bezels measuring under 1mm. For context, the OnePlus 15’s display bezels measured 1.15mm. <\/p>\n

The leak does not reveal additional details about the display. However, previous leaks suggest the OnePlus 16 could feature a refresh rate of up to 240Hz. <\/p>\n

Other rumored<\/a> specifications include a 9,000mAh battery and Qualcomm’s next-generation flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6<\/a> chipset.\u00a0Unlike the recently launched iQoo 15 Ultra<\/a>, the OnePlus 16 is rumored to skip shoulder buttons and a built-in cooling fan. <\/p>\n

The rear camera setup is expected to include a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with a 1\/1.56-inch sensor. The OnePlus 16 is likely to launch in Q4 2026, similar to the launch timeline of its predecessor (OnePlus 15 curr. $899 on Amazon<\/a>).
