The 1,049-foot-tall tower is being developed by Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners alongside Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and Hilton. The project is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Carlos Ott, with John Moriarty &amp; Associates serving as the general contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Concrete has now been poured through 60 of the building\u2019s 100 floors, bringing construction into the sixth of the tower\u2019s ten stacked cubic volumes. The construction team continues to average approximately one floor every ten days as vertical construction progresses toward the upper tiers.<\/p>\n<p>Envelope work remains well underway and is advancing in parallel with the superstructure. Curtain wall installation has extended through the first three cubes and is now progressing into the fourth cube, with glazing panels steadily enclosing successive tiers of the offset volumes.
