\n\tSnow may still be on the ground in a lot of the U.S., but spring training has already started for Major League Baseball, giving hope to the baseball starved. Ralph Lauren<\/a> is doing its part to lift the spirits of fans with its latest capsule.<\/p>\n

\n\tFor spring, the company has created a capsule for six teams: the designer\u2019s beloved New York Yankees<\/a> as well as the Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies, Boston Red Sox and Toronto Blue Jays.<\/p>\n

\n\tKey items from this collection include Polo Ralph Lauren<\/a> satin team jackets, fleece sweatshirts and baseball caps in team colors for both adults and children. But there\u2019s no mistaking the designer\u2019s allegiance: There is also a selection of novelty items including a denim trucker jacket, a cream pinstriped baseball jacket and a denim shirt, all featuring the Yankees logo.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe partnership between Ralph Lauren and MLB <\/a>began in 2018 when Lauren, a lifelong Yankees fan and Bronx, N.Y., native, was honored at Yankee Stadium for the company\u2019s 50th anniversary <\/a>and threw out the first pitch. This led to the company collaborating with the league for the first time on an exclusive Yankees capsule collection in 2021.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe partnership has since expanded to include the other teams.<\/p>\n

\n\tTo commemorate the 2026 World Baseball Classic<\/a>, which kicks off on March 5 and will run through March 17 with 20 teams facing off in San Juan, Puerto Rico; Tokyo; Houston, and Miami, the collection will launch in Japan on March 2 followed by a worldwide release on April 14.<\/p>\n
