The lawsuit was filed Monday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, and it could affect thousands of companies and the way imported goods move through U.S. supply chains.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0tariffs\u00a0were put in place by the\u00a0Trump administration\u00a0under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. The Supreme Court last week said that law did not give the president the power to impose broad tariffs.
