The project is billed as a love letter to the music of the movies and the people who make it. Pedro Pascal, Will Arnett, Olivia Wilde and Matthew Lillard star. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tGoodbye Girl reps director\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/oran-zegman\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Oran Zegman<\/a>\u2018s follow-up to\u00a0Honor Society, the Paramount+ coming-of-age comedy starring Angourie Rice and Gaten Matarazzo Goodbye Girl follows Jess (Shipka), who\u2019s a professional heartbreaker. Literally. When she\u2019s hired by a cowardly bride to dump her groom (Sprouse) days before their wedding, she not only fumbles the job\u2026 but falls hopelessly in love. The project is financed and produced by Gulfstream Pictures. The script was written by Danielle Hoover and David Monahan, based on a story by Hoover, Monahan, and Jessica Elbaum.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tMy New Friend Jim is being directed by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/ash-avildsen\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ash Avildsen<\/a>\u00a0and follows two fathers from vastly different worlds who form an unlikely bond while searching for a runaway daughter in Reno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tRose has starred in over 30 TV shows and such Oscar nominated movies like Up in the Air and The Squid and the Whale. The actor recently starred in My Weird School for Paramount and Nickelodeon which aired in December. He counts over 30 million followers across all social media platforms.
