Sportsfile via Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Including outstanding liens totaling $4,482,273 for his 2022 and 2023 filings, Beatz owes a whopping $5,725,257 in federal taxes on his personal income.<\/p>\n<p>Keys is not named in the liens.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2017\/09\/08\/swizz-beatz-at-fashion-week-my-sons-too-cool-to-wear-my-clothes\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bronx-born rapper\u00a0<\/a>and hip-hop record producer\u2014whose real name is Kasseem Dean and reportedly has a net worth of $150 million\u2014had a decades-long history of racking up massive tax debt before his latest slipup.<\/p>\n<p>Starting in 2008, Beatz and his former wife, Mashonda Tifrere,<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2012\/11\/12\/swizz-beatz-slapped-with-staggering-2-6m-tax-bill-reports\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> reportedly racked up a string of federal liens <\/a>filed against them in New York, Georgia, and California. <\/p>\n<p>By mid-2012 the claims ballooned to staggering $2.6 million \u2014 with another $98,246 lien for unpaid New York State taxes.<\/p>\n<p> However, his reps showed TMZ proof months later that he\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-3906918\/Alicia-Keys-tax-shy-husband-Swizz-Beatz-coughs-650-000-IRS-case.html?ico=topics_pagination_desktop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">paid off the debt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Beatz and Keys have been married since 2010. Getty Images for Baby2Baby<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, Beatz was forced to shell out $655,785 to the IRS after falling behind in tax payments for 2009, 2014 and 2015, records show.<\/p>\n<p>Beatz \u2014 who produced hits for DMX, Jay-Z, Beyonc\u00e9 and other A-list artists\u2014has two sons with Keys and three other children through previous relationships.<\/p>\n<p>The pioneering producer hasn\u2019t let his debt stop him from shelling out big bucks to rise to the top outside the music industry, such as in Saudi Arabia\u2019s tony camel racing scene.<\/p>\n<p>He has reportedly spent millions of dollars buying more than 50 racing camels for his team \u201cSaudi Bronx,\u201d which has excelled competing in major races in the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>Beatz\u2019s business manager Jeffrey Feinman claimed the debt is \u201cold news,\u201d adding that \u201cthere are certain issues under dispute,\u201d and Beatz is \u201cworking towards resolving it.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Swizz Beatz is back to being a tax deadbeat.
