\n\tSeth Rogen<\/a> is known for a solid awards zinger and tonight was no different.<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter winning the award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series at SAG-AFTRA<\/a>\u2019s Actor Awards<\/a>, Rogen roasted the Writers Guild after it canceled its West Coast ceremony.<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\tHe congratulated the actors guild for being able to put on the show, which is streaming on Netflix. \u201cYou were able to pay your own employees enough to keep the awards show from being canceled. Take notes, WGA,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\n\tIt came only a few hours after the WGA West canceled the March 8 ceremony after the L.A.-based guild became embroiled in an internal battle that saw its own staff union\u00a0go on strike nearly two weeks ago<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tRogen beat out the likes of Nobody Wants This\u2019 Adam Brody, A Man on the Inside\u2019s Ted Danson and Only Murders in the Building\u2019s Martin Short (who won the award last year).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Studio<\/a> star also beat out his colleague Ike Barinholtz. \u201cI hoped my ego was strong enough to withstand losing to Ike,\u201d he joked. \u201cI\u2019m glad I don\u2019t have to find out. I would have been meaner to you at work no matter what, it would have created a weird dynamic. I can admit that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tRogen created the Apple series, which is still winning awards for its first season ahead of the second season. \u201cI always, honestly, kind of consider myself more of a writer who is able to write myself roles that I then kind of force people to allow me to perform in.
