(AP Photo\/Chris Pizzello)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Campbell said that he has canceled appearances at several conventions this summer following the diagnosis, adding that \u201ctreatment needs and professional obligations don\u2019t always go hand-in-hand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The actor did not share the prognosis of his disease, but offered some hope.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cI have great support, so I expect to be around a while,\u201d he wrote. \u201cAs always, you\u2019re the greatest fans in the world and I hope to see you soon!\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
