It was bad Sunday and Monday here with missile interceptions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-4\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"76\">Jon Rahm, however, came to the rescue, <a href=\"https:\/\/golf.com\/news\/liv-golfers-stranded-got-out-jon-rahm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">according to Golf.com<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-5\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"79\">A source told the outlet that LIV had considered flying the players to London, but Rahm offered a private flight out of Oman, which had a direct route to Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-6\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"7c\">\u201cDo whatever you have to do, but get them out of there,\u201d Rahm reportedly told his Legion XIII associates.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-7\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"7f\">Airspace opened in Oman\u2019s capital, Muscat, and Lahiri led the group there, a 280-mile drive from Dubai. They then loaded their bags and clubs onto a bus and headed to their plane, arranged by Rahm through his partnership with VistaJet, a private aviation company.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-8\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"7i\">The flight departed shortly after midnight on Wednesday and landed in Hong Kong roughly eight hours later, just 24 hours before they are set to tee off in Round 1.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-9\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"7l\">All the players who made the trip from Oman are set to tee it up at Hong Kong Golf Club at Fanling, the third event of the 2026 season.
