Jamie Lee Curtis<\/a> had a bone to pick with Jimmy Fallon<\/a> when she visited The Tonight Show<\/a> on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The Halloween star opened up her conversation with the comedian by outright asking him why he doesn\u2019t invite her on his show more often.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is my second time with you. I don\u2019t know why,\u201d Curtis said. \u201cWhy have you rejected me? Why have you rejected me so much?\u201d<\/p>\n

But Fallon wasn\u2019t rising to the bait. \u201cGive me a break,\u201d he teased. \u201cYou are unbelievable.\u201d<\/p>\n

To which Curtis fired back, \u201cI was only here twice!\u201d<\/p>\n

The late-night host explained that \u201cthe only reason\u201d he believes Curtis hasn\u2019t been on The Tonight Show more often is because she lives in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe love you!\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, thanks for ridiculing me for where I live,\u201d she replied. \u201cI\u2019m born and raised in the City of Angels.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Fallon laughed at Curtis\u2019 display of hometown pride, she insisted, \u201cIt is the City of Angels!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI know,” Fallon said, “but no one calls it that.”<\/p>\n

Curtis, in response, threw her hand in the air and turned to the audience with an unimpressed expression.<\/p>\n

\u201cWow,\u201d she said, before turning back to Fallon. \u201cAre we going to get into, like, a thing?\u201d<\/p>\n

Fallon very much did not want to get into a thing.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo!\u201d he exclaimed. \u201cThe thing is this: You have an open invitation, and I want you to come on the show anytime you\u2019re in New York. I don\u2019t care what you have going on. Anything. I absolutely adore you and everyone on the staff absolutely adore you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Satisfied with his response, Curtis replied, \u201cThank you. That\u2019s very nice of you.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actress later explained that she really does like Fallon, despite giving him a hard time over her lack of invites to The Tonight Show.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re a very nice man. You\u2019re handsome. You have a very talented group of people,\u201d she said, referring to the show’s house band the Roots. \u201cNice audience.”<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have the best,\u201d Fallon agreed. \u201cThis is why I want you to come back every week. So good for my ego!\u201d<\/p>\n

The pair appeared to be back in friendly territory until Curtis unintentionally dissed both Fallon and horror filmmaker Jason Blum<\/a> at the same time during their conversation.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m sure you\u2019ve met Jason Blum. You guys are very similar,\u201d she said. \u201cDo you know Jason Blum? The two of you, you\u2019re immature but handsome, but… no, wait!\u201d<\/p>\n

Fallon, in turn, gave Curtis a deadpan look as the audience laughed.<\/p>\n

“I think we\u2019re booked for the next year,\u201d he joked, taking out a pen and scribbling something down on a piece of paper.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, no, no,\u201d a laughing Curtis maintained, trying to convey her point without doing any further psychic damage to the host. \u201cYou have a youthful exuberance about your life and your passion for what you do!\u201d<\/p>\n
