The Dallas Wings scorer was taken into custody, released on $1,000 bond and faces charges of first-degree misdemeanor battery.<\/p>\n
Per an Unrivaled spokesperson, Ogunbowale is \u201chome safely.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThe league is aware of an incident involving Arike Ogunbowale and we are in the process of gathering additional information,\u201d Unrivaled said in a statement to The Post. \u201cWe\u2019re in contact with Arike and her representatives.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ogunbowale scored 19 points in the Mist\u2019s 80-74 win over the top-seeded Phantom on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
She was seen partying at E11EVEN with teammates, including Paige Bueckers and Aziaha James, in videos posted to social media.<\/p>\n
The incident comes just days after the U.S. men\u2019s hockey team celebrated its gold-medal win over Canada in the 2026 Winter Olympics at the same club.<\/p>\n
A four-time WNBA All-Star with the Wings, the 29-year-old led the league in scoring in 2020.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Wings are aware of an incident involving Arike Ogunbowale and are in the process of gathering more information,\u201d the WNBA club said in a statement. \u201cFurther comments will be provided once we have more details.\u201d<\/p>\n
