In a recent street interview with The School of Hard Knockz<\/a>, Celtics<\/a> star Jaylen Brown opened up with rare vulnerability, sharing his personal battles with self-doubt, anxiety, and depression.<\/p>\n

While fans often place elite athletes on pedestals \u2014 assuming they live picture-perfect lives untouched by real human struggles \u2014 Brown was quick to push back on that perception when asked if he\u2019s ever questioned himself.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have,\u201d he admitted<\/a>. \u201cMany of times.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brown spoke candidly about the emotional toll that comes with the pressure of performance, fame, and personal expectations. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve dealt with anxiety, even depression,\u201d he said<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019ve been to some very dark places, but I feel like those dark places have allowed my light to shine.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reflecting on how he\u2019s managed to move forward, Brown offered a message to others who may be going through their own battles. <\/p>\n

\u201cI would say it\u2019s OK,\u201d he said<\/a>. \u201cNever let anything break your spirit. Everybody\u2019s gonna deal with adversity at some point \u2014 even plants struggle to get sunlight.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brown also shared how faith has been a guiding force in his life. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnytime I\u2019ve ever been alone, I\u2019ve just always filled that space with the Most High, and He\u2019s always guided me,\u201d he said<\/a>. \u201cFaith, consistency, and hard work pays off.\u201d<\/p>\n
