{"id":511019,"date":"2026-03-08T11:08:10","date_gmt":"2026-03-08T11:08:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/511019\/"},"modified":"2026-03-08T11:08:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T11:08:10","slug":"its-the-best-show-ever","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/511019\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;It&#8217;s the best show ever&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A break in action during Saturday\u2019s Indiana-Ohio State men\u2019s college basketball game led to Fox announcers Gus Johnson and Jim Jackson discussing their favorite television shows.<\/p>\n<p>Johnson made it clear that he\u2019s a huge, huge fan of Netflix thriller The Night Agent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s the best show ever,\u201d Johnson said.<\/p>\n<p>The Night Agent has been very well-received for Season 3, and it\u2019s especially been an impressive turnaround after a Season 2 that was a bit of a letdown for the show\u2019s fans. But \u201cbest show ever\u201d is certainly some wild praise.<\/p>\n<p>That was followed by Jackson bringing up Paradise, the popular and unique Hulu thriller that is four episodes into Season 2.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s the conversation:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Gus Johnson: \u201cHave you seen Season 3 of \u2018The Night Agent\u2019? Oh my gosh. It\u2019s the best show ever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jim Jackson: \u201cYou see \u2018Paradise\u2019?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gus Johnson: \u201cOh my gosh! It\u2019s the best show ever,\u201d Johnson said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou see Paradise?\u201d Jackson asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh my gosh!\u201d Johnson responded. \u201cI can\u2019t get enough of it. Oh, man. Sterling K. Brown.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know, Sterling\u2019s gonna drop some tears on you now,\u201d Jackson said. \u201cHe can do that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Oh my gosh,\u201d Johnson said. \u201cThose are two of the greatest shows ever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ll tell you another one,\u201d Johnson said, as the referee offered an update on the coach\u2019s challenge review in the background. \u201cWho is Erin Carter? Have you seen that?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh yeah,\u201d Jackson said. \u201cThe problem is with those, Gus, I find bingeing and watching it up until two or three o\u2019clock in the morning all the time.
