Kate Martin previously dated Claire Gransee.<\/p>\n

Martin and Gransee, who both attended the University of Iowa, went public with their relationship during the 2024 WNBA<\/a> season. Martin had left some public comments on her Instagram page.<\/p>\n

“You are the most beautiful girl in the world,” Martin reportedly wrote.<\/a><\/p>\n

However, Martin has since removed photos with Gransee on social media. Gransee, meanwhile, appears to have moved on, too.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Gransee, who has close to 30,000 followers on social media, appears to have moved on with a different athlete.<\/p>\n

The former University of Iowa athlete shared an intimate photo with National Women’s Soccer League\u00a0goalie Shelby Hogan.<\/p>\n

The two appeared to be enjoying some time in New York City.<\/p>\n

Gransee and Hogan haven’t publicly commented on their relationship, though photos like this on social media are pretty typically known as “hard launches.”<\/p>\n

Hogan, 27, previously played for the Portland Thorns FC. She starred collegiately at Providence.<\/p>\n

The NWSL goalie has more than 5,000 followers on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Martin, meanwhile, and the rest of the WNBA are currently hoping to have an agreement ahead of the 2026 season.<\/p>\n

The WNBA and the WNBA Players Association are hoping to have a collective bargaining agreement, though it’s been getting tense.<\/p>\n

“The WNBA sent a collective bargaining agreement proposal to the union a day after the league received one from the players, a person familiar with the negotiations told The Associated Press on Sunday,” NBC Sports reported.<\/a><\/p>\n

“The person spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the negotiations.<\/p>\n

“The league\u2019s response to a union proposal from Friday comes a few days before a Tuesday deadline set by the league, which said it would need at least a handshake agreement with the union to start the season on time.”<\/p>\n

Hopefully, things will get worked out in time for the season.<\/p>\n
