The project is looking to create 38 stand-alone houses across the property, a reduction in residential capacity compared to the former apartment-style plans. Twenty structures will include a mezzanine floor, and parking will accommodate 34 cars.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/regroup\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">REgroup<\/a> is the project architect. Illustrations show a familiar contemporary-style design with streamlined facades and a range of window sizes.
