On July 27, 2025, via YouTube, Walker showcased the pull day workout that\u2019s helped him build 24-inch arms.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Walker missed the last two Mr. Olympia contests. In 2023, he pulled out due to an untimely hamstring tear, and a year later, confessed that his body wasn\u2019t responding to the demands of prep. Despite those hurdles, he made his successful return at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-pittsburgh-pro-results\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2025 Pittsburgh Pro<\/a>, where he pushed Derek Lunsford en route to silver.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To stamp his ticket for the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/dan-solomon-announces-2025-mr-olympia-date-and-location\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2025 Mr. Olympia<\/a>, Walker competed and won a week later at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-new-york-pro-results\/#:~:text=Check%20out%20the%20winners%20of%20the%202025%20New,Michal%20Krizanek%2C%20who%20rounded%20out%20the%20top%20three.\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">New York Pro<\/a>. He said what are you doing all the way down there? I just said I like to train at different gyms sometimes. And he said if you want to get a session in, let\u2019s train.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Seated straight bar cable row<\/p>\n<p>Despite getting closer to the Olympia, Walker said he\u2019s still eating cheat meals while maintaining size and leanness.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m ready to pull some shit. It\u2019s awesome being this heavy and lean but I\u2019m ready to go down. He\u2019s still keeping my cheats in though. He\u2019s like, can you start having them? I\u2019m like, well, my birthday is next weekend. I got you there.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Lat pulldown with V Bar<\/p>\n<p>He moved to lat pulldowns with a v-bar and discussed his experiences training at different gyms.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf I go to a gym for the first time, yeah [people bug me] but once I\u2019m there for a while, they just they know.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Standing lateral raise machine<\/p>\n<p>Next, he weighed how additional sodium can affect the scale from day to day.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeing full of sodium where your body is used to having it. That rebound part of it won\u2019t be substantial versus if you did no sodium, let\u2019s just say you go to Five Guys, you might put on a little more than what you thought because here comes all that sodium.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Low pulley bent over cable rear delt fly<\/p>\n<p>For rounded out delts, Walker swears by the bent-over cable rear delt fly.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRear delts\u2026 one of the most important muscles for delts. It gets neglected a lot, and that\u2019s why you see a lot of people don\u2019t have that roundness, it\u2019s just flat.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Machine overhead tricep extension<\/p>\n<p>Walker has consistently used the machine overhead <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" title=\"triceps extension\" href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/machine-triceps-extension\/\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"657\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">triceps extension<\/a> to build his arms during the 2025 season.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Seated bicep curl machine<\/p>\n<p>After firing off reps on the bicep curl machine, Walker mapped out his final exercise of the day.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Weighted hyperextension\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To tax his lower back, Walker finished with weighted hyperextensions for high volume.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHigh rep set and that is wrap,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CEwHv2zuU3Q\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">shared<\/a> Walker. \u201c11 weeks, pull day.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Walker has already laid out his goal: he wants a top-three finish. However, to do so, he\u2019ll have to hold his own against big-name bodybuilders onstage, including reigning champion <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/samson-dauda-profile\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Samson Dauda<\/a>, Lunsford, Hadi Choopan, and Andrew Jacked.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Time is running out, and Walker looks to be on the verge of bringing his all-time best.
