SENATE BILL 1794 WOULD CREATE A STATEWIDE ONLINE REGISTRY TO TRACK OPEN MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT BEDS, HELPING HOSPITALS, COURTS AND CRISIS TEAMS FIND AN OPEN BED FOR A PATIENT.
