Production is currently underway. <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2026\/02\/leo-woodall-sydney-sweeney-custom-of-the-country-1236727111\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1236727111\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Leo Woodall is also on board<\/a> to star.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSweeney plays Undine Spragg, a fiercely ambitious woman from the Midwest who strives for the social heights of turn-of-the-century New York. Armed with beauty, daring, hustle, sheer force of will and unwavering ambition, Undine battles an entrenched elite, fearlessly courting controversy, until love and fortune align.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSweeney, LD Entertainment, Finch, Monumental Pictures\u2019 Alice Owen and Studiocanal will produce. Studiocanal will fully finance, releasing theatrically in all its territories (the UK, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Poland and Benelux) after handling worldwide sales at last month\u2019s European Film Market in Berlin.
