Concrete cores are just about eye level with the adjacent Chicago elevated platform that abuts the construction site to the west. The 56-unit rental building was designed by Jonathan Splitt Architects for Noah Properties, who are playing the roles of developer and general contractor. There will be a 22-car garage and retail space in the ground floor. Renderings show a garage with multiple overhear doors for access and egress from the alley off North Franklin Street at the south end of the lot.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
