The two aforementioned wingers were both absent from our Champions League clash in the French capital but are both closing in on a return to action, which could come as soon as this weekend for Gittens, while Brazilian Estevao could be involved in the second leg against Paris Saint-Germain next week. <\/p>\n
\u2018Jamie is back involved, which is great news,\u2019 Liam stated at his pre-match press conference.<\/p>\n
\u2018Estevao is still a little bit further away. We want to be careful with Estevao because of the nature of his hamstring injury. <\/p>\n
\u2018The last thing we want to do is rush him back and see the injury recurring. So, we will see what he\u2019s like for Tuesday\u2019s game against PSG.\u2019 <\/p>\n
The Blues have been busy in recent weeks, defeating Aston Villa and Wrexham in the Premier League and the FA Cup before Wednesday\u2019s exploits in Paris in the Champions League. <\/p>\n
Fighting on all fronts across numerous competitions is nothing new for Chelsea, but Rosenior was quick to state that his focus \u2013 and that of the team \u2013 is always on the next game, regardless of what is ahead. That starts with Saturday\u2019s visit of Eddie Howe\u2019s Newcastle, before moving onto PSG after the weekend. <\/p>\n
\u2018I don\u2019t think too far ahead about the next game,\u2019 our head coach added. <\/p>\n
\u2018At this stage of the season, it\u2019s about the importance of each game, starting with the game tomorrow. My thoughts on PSG, and what that looks like on Tuesday, hasn\u2019t even entered my head.\u2019<\/p>\n
