The third round of the 2026 Players Championship kicks off Saturday, March 14, at TPC Sawgrass\u2019 Stadium Course<\/a> in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. You can find full Players Championship tee times for Saturday\u2019s third round at the bottom of this article.<\/p>\n

Round 3 Players tee times: What you need to know<\/p>\n

With a double bogey to finish the opening round at one over, Jordan Spieth<\/a> was just as likely to worry about the cut on Friday as he has to get into contention.<\/p>\n

But it was the latter reality that came true. Spieth fought off a bogey on his first hole in Round 2<\/a>, then drained seven birdies, including five in a row at the turn, to charge into contention at the Players Championship. Unfortunately, Spieth finished Friday\u2019s round with another double bogey<\/a>, dropping him to three under at the halfway point.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, Spieth will surely head into Saturday\u2019s third round at TPC Sawgrass with designs on a huge comeback victory to cement his hot start to the season. He\u2019ll tee off for Round 3 at 12:25 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n

The final pairing will feature leader Ludvig Aberg (12 under) and Xander Schauffele. They tee off at 2:35 p.m. ET. The players at the bottom of the leaderboard<\/a> will open Saturday\u2019s play at 8:15 a.m. ET.<\/p>\n

Scottie Scheffler<\/a> and Rory McIlroy<\/a> will also play the weekend after both players made the cut at one over.<\/p>\n
