ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. \u2014 An iconic Albuquerque mini-golf hangout spot is reopening this summer after being closed for nearly 10 years.<\/p>\n
Formerly known as Putt-Putt Golf and Games, Putts N Points is set to open this summer at San Mateo and McLeod. Putts N Pints will have mini golfing, a retro arcade, a virtual golf experience and a menu featuring food, beer, wine and spirits. <\/p>\n
The team behind Brew Lab 101 Beer and Cider Company is behind Putts and Pints. They\u2019re focused on providing \u201can affordable family-friendly atmosphere\u201d for people of all ages to enjoy.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe didn\u2019t expect the \u2018reopening soon\u2019 banner to drive the enormous buzz it has generated on social channels, online and on-air,\u201d CEO Scott Salvas said. \u201cIt\u2019s been a powerful reminder of how many people, have memories tied to this place and how much the community wants it to return.\u201d<\/p>\n
Putts N Pints credited the owners with \u201cmeticulously\u201d maintaining the property and preserving it. They\u2019re set to host a press conference next week.
