The project will add 83 units to the city, including 9 affordable housing units. The basement garage will include parking for 83 cars and 118 bicycles. Unit sizes will vary with 44 one-bedrooms, 34 two-bedrooms, and five three-bedrooms.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/dna-design-and-architecture\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Design and Architecture<\/a> is responsible for the design. Renderings show a fairly unremarkable apartment complex with a chaotic series of articulations and balconies. The 1963-built mid-century modern design features a repetitive hexagonal pattern across the facade, which is exaggerated on the ground floor. Public records show the Property last sold in 2024 for $7 million.<\/p>\n<p>The 0.55-acre property is located along Flores Street overlooking the busy West 25th Avenue commercial thoroughfare.
