Sources familiar with the matter say the company could lay off as much as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/world-at-work\/meta-planning-sweeping-layoffs-ai-costs-mount-2026-03-14\/?utm_source=braze&amp;utm_medium=notifications&amp;utm_campaign=2025_engagement\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">20 percent<\/a> of its staff, eliminating roughly 15,800 positions.
