\n\t\u201cJack Gray\u201d is back: Jack Black<\/a> and Jack White<\/a> will come together next month as host and musical guest of Saturday Night Live.<\/p>\n \n\tSNL<\/a> announced their guest line up for the April 4 episode during the Harry Styles-double duty episode<\/a>, with Black set to host for the fifth time (and thus joining the Five Timers Club) and White making his sixth appearance as musical guest; once as a member of the White Stripes, and five times as a solo artist.<\/p>\n \n\tBlack returned to SNL last season in 2025, his first time back hosting the show since 2005. White last served as musical guest on SNL in 2023, but he did appear during the SNL50: The Homecoming Concert last year.<\/p>\n \t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n \n\tAfter years of the Jacks being the focus of corny jokes because of their color-contrasting last names, the two artists finally linked up in 2019, much to the internet\u2019s delight<\/a>, when Black\u2019s Tenacious D rolled into White\u2019s Third Man Studios in Nashville to record \u201cDon\u2019t Blow It, Kage<\/a>\u201d alongside the rocker.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cThis is a legendary collab. The D with Jack Black. Everyone\u2019s been waiting for it. Now it\u2019s here,\u201d Black said in a social media post about the collaboration at the time.
