PGA<\/p>\n<p>He began the tournament with a 3-over 75, then shot 4-over 76 in the second round, 11-over 83 in the third round and 8-over 80 in the final round Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Miles Russell, who is No.1 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings, won the tournament at 15-under. He and Woods, ranked No. 20 by the AJGA, both <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/02\/10\/sports\/tiger-woods-son-charlie-makes-his-college-golf-decision\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">committed to Florida State<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExcited to announce my commitment to play golf at Florida State University \u2014 go Noles!\u201d Woods wrote on Instagram last month.<\/p>\n<p>The Junior Invitational is one of the top tournaments in the country for amateurs. Scottie Scheffler won it in 2014 and Akshay Bhatia, who won last week\u2019s Arnold Palmer Invitational, won it in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Woods is in his junior year at the Benjamin School in Palm Beach, Fla. He\u2019s won two state championships, and his parents, Tiger and ex-wife Elin Nordegren,<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/02\/25\/sports\/tiger-woods-reunites-with-ex-wife-elin-nordegren-to-celebrate-son-charlie\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> reunited to support Charlie<\/a> at a championship ceremony last month. The three posed for photos together.<\/p>\n<p>As for Tiger, the 50-year-old has been recovering from an Achilles injury and disc replacement.
