\n\tBTS<\/a> will perform in New York City for Spotify<\/a>\u00a0x BTS: SWIMSIDE, an exclusive event celebrating the release of the band\u2019s first album in five years, Arirang<\/a>. The event will take place on Monday, March 23, just a few days after the new album drops on March 20.<\/p>\n \n\tSpotify will invite 1,000 of BTS\u2019 top fans and most devoted listeners to the event, which will include immersive album-themed experiences on top of the performance. It\u2019s one of the many ways the streaming giant is helping BTS\u2019 fans, named the ARMY, celebrate the band\u2019s highly anticipated comeback. Spotify also kicked off an in-app easter egg hunt that unlocks exclusive audio messages from RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook, and a BTS-themed quiz for fans to test their knowledge.<\/p>\n \t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t \n\tThe last time all of the members took the stage together in the States was back in 2022, for BTS\u2019\u00a0Permission to Dance on Stage<\/a>\u00a0shows. After that, the band was forced to go on hiatus<\/a> so that all seven members could complete their mandatory military service in South Korea.<\/p>\n \n\tBut now, BTS is coming back at full speed. The day after Arirang drops, BTS will perform a free concert at Seoul\u2019s Gwanghwamun Square. Then, on April 9, the band\u00a0launches<\/a>\u00a0an 82-date world tour that will keep them on the road through March 2027. \u201cThe most important thing,\u201d RM\u00a0told<\/a>\u00a0GQ in the group\u2019s first joint interview since announcing their hiatus in 2022, \u201cis just that we are here back together again.
