{"id":527997,"date":"2026-03-17T03:00:07","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T03:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/527997\/"},"modified":"2026-03-17T03:00:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T03:00:07","slug":"dune-3-first-looks-show-timothee-chalamet-robert-pattinson-zendaya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/527997\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Dune 3&#8217; First Looks Show Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tEverybody ready to forget that ballet and opera mess?<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tAfter Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet released an intense first-look photo (below) of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/dune-3\/\" id=\"auto-tag_dune-3_1\" data-tag=\"dune-3\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dune 3<\/a>, which is officially titled Dune: Part Three, the official Instagram account for the Dune franchise dropped several more first-look images on Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe first photo shows Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet as Paul Atreides, a close-up of his eyes as he wears a Fremen stillsuit. The character looks rather different from how he appeared in the first two films, with wrinkles around his eyes and red scarring.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tIn addition to Chalamet, Robert Pattinson can also be seen for the first time (below) as new villain Scytale, as well as Zendaya as Chani, Jason Momoa as Hayt, Javier Bardem as Stilgar, Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica, Florence Pugh as Irulan, Anya Taylor-Joy as Alia Atreides and Isaach De Bankol\u00e9 as Farok.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe images come ahead of the expected release of the film\u2019s trailer later this week, where it\u2019s presumed to appear along with Project Hail Mary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tDenis<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/denis-villeneuve\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Villeneuve<\/a> once again returns as director for the Warner Bros. title, which will hit theaters Dec. 18, 2026. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe director has said Part Three will be his final Dune film and that he doesn\u2019t see the three films as a trilogy, exactly. \u201cIt\u2019s important that people understand that for me, it was really a diptych,\u201d Villeneuve said in an interview with\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vanityfair.com\/hollywood\/story\/denis-villeneuve-dune-movies-interview-awards-insider\">Vanity Fair<\/a>. \u201cIt was really a pair of movies that will be the adaptation of the first book. That\u2019s done and that\u2019s finished. If I do a third one, which is in the writing process, it\u2019s not like a trilogy. It\u2019s strange to say that, but if I go back there, it\u2019s to do something that feels different and has its own identity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe film also stars Zendaya, Ferguson, Josh Brolin,  Pugh and Taylor-Joy, who reprise their roles from the second film.  Momoa reprises his role from the first film, after not being in Part Two.
