Starting today, select Xbox Insiders can begin testing several highly requested updates coming soon to Xbox consoles. These features will roll out more broadly to additional Insiders and then to all players over time. We\u2019re excited to hear what you think, and we\u2019ll keep bringing you more of the features you\u2019ve been asking for throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>More Groups on Home<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve heard you want more ways to customize Home, so we\u2019re expanding the number of groups you can add from 2 to 10. Managing groups is now easier too, as reordering now uses the same familiar experience as reordering games on Home. We\u2019ve also made it more intuitive to pin groups to Home in My Games &amp; Apps and made it easier to see which groups are already added.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1900\" height=\"1080\" data-wp-init=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async--click=\"actions.showLightbox\" data-wp-on-async--load=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async-window--resize=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2-More-groups-on-Home-19e4a28abbb1209febad-1900x1080.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-218946\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Custom\u00a0Color<\/p>\n<p>We know expression and personalization matters. That\u2019s why we\u2019re introducing custom colors, giving you more ways to express yourself across the console. Instead of being limited to the existing system colors, you can now create a custom color that\u2019s uniquely yours. Use the sliders to dial in the perfect hue and shade for you. You\u2019ll also see a subtle splash of your chosen color in your Guide, which you can turn off at any time in Settings &gt; General &gt; Personalization &gt; Customize the guide.<\/p>\n<p>To make sure everything looks great across the console, a few guardrails are in place. And if you switch back to a system color, we\u2019ll save your last custom selection so it\u2019s easy to return to later. To start, custom colors will be visible to other Insiders, and they\u2019ll roll out to everyone with the April update.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1900\" height=\"1080\" data-wp-init=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async--click=\"actions.showLightbox\" data-wp-on-async--load=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async-window--resize=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/3-Custom-User-Color-52638f108b175c8cb511-1900x1080.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-218947\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Quick Resume\u00a0Settings<\/p>\n<p>Quick Resume\u00a0is\u00a0one of the most loved features on Xbox, but\u00a0we\u2019ve\u00a0heard\u00a0that\u00a0for certain games it\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0always\u00a0deliver the experience you expect, especially after\u00a0long periods\u00a0of inactivity.\u00a0With this update,\u00a0you\u00a0can disable Quick Resume on a per-game basis to ensure\u00a0those games\u00a0always launch fresh.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You can find this\u00a0option\u00a0by opening the\u00a0More options\u00a0menu on a game tile in the Quick Resume Group and selecting the Manage Quick Resume\u00a0option, or\u00a0by\u00a0going to\u00a0any game tile and selecting Manage game and add-ons &gt; Quick Resume settings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1900\" height=\"1080\" data-wp-init=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async--click=\"actions.showLightbox\" data-wp-on-async--load=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async-window--resize=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/4-Quick-Resume-Settings-10594b5e0b693ea9524c-1900x1080.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-218948\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Profile\u00a0Badges\u00a0in Guide<\/p>\n<p>Profile badges highlight notable moments and milestones across\u00a0a player\u2019s Xbox journey.\u00a0Now, when you open your own profile or view another player\u2019s profile in the Guide,\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0now see their\u00a0five most recently unlocked badges,\u00a0making\u00a0them easier to spot\u00a0while\u00a0browsing profiles.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1900\" height=\"1080\" data-wp-init=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async--click=\"actions.showLightbox\" data-wp-on-async--load=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async-window--resize=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/5-Profile-Badge-1e4123f9191104db6f8c-1900x1080.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-218949\"\/><\/p>\n<p>How to Get Xbox Insider Support and Share Your Feedback<\/p>\n<p>We want to thank all the Xbox Insiders for the feedback you share with us.
