Machine Gun Kelly<\/a> and his on-and-off partner, Megan Fox<\/a>, welcomed their baby girl back in March. <\/p>\n

The musician, whose real name is Colson Baker, shared that the two had decided on a unique moniker for their little one: Saga Blade Fox-Baker.<\/p>\n

MGK also has a 15-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, named Casie, but she almost got a very literal name. <\/p>\n

When it came to the naming process for his two girls, the \u201cBloody Valentine\u201d singer told the \u201cToday\u201d show<\/a> last month he \u201clost the first one and won the second one.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you are 18 years old and you go to her mother and you go, \u2018What if we named our kid \u2018Kid\u2019? It\u2019s like \u2015 I get why she was like, \u2018Hey man, shut up,\u2019\u201d he said of naming his first daughter, who is now a teenager herself. <\/p>\n

\u201c\u2019Cause that was one of the names,\u201d he added. \u201cI was like, \u2018If her name was Kid, that would be so sick, dude.\u2019\u201d <\/p>\n

The second time around, his name selection won out \u2015 and it was much better. <\/p>\n

He previously explained how he and Fox landed on Saga during an appearance on \u201cToday\u201d back in June. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe five years of her culmination of coming, disappearing, coming back again, disappearing, coming back again,\u201d MGK said, referencing his and Fox\u2019s pregnancy loss<\/a> before having Saga. <\/p>\n

\u201cShe is an epic story, and that\u2019s what Saga means,\u201d he added. <\/p>\n

The entertainer previously had to correct rumors that he and Fox had chosen a wild name for their daughter after his birth announcement caused some confusion<\/a>. <\/p>\n

MGK told Instagram followers that his daughter was born on March 27, writing on Instagram, \u201cShe\u2019s finally here!! our little celestial seed.\u201d <\/p>\n

A few days later, he returned to social media to correct confused fans he\u2019d already shared his baby name. <\/p>\n
