\n\tKevin Spacey<\/a> has agreed a settlement with three men who accused him of sexual assault, according to multiple reports.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe civil case was due to go to trial in London later this year but has been frozen due to the settlement, which did not disclose figure or reveal further details.<\/p>\n

\n\tOne of the accusers, Ruari Cannon<\/a>, who has waived his right to anonymity, also settled with the Old Vic theater over Spacey claims two weeks ago. Spacey was artistic director at the Old Vic when Cannon claims the Oscar-winner groped him at a party. Cannon took part in a Channel 4 and HBO documentary, Spacey Unmasked, in 2024. The other two men, who have remained anonymous, also say Spacey assaulted them.<\/p>\n

\n\tSpacey has always denied<\/a> all allegations of wrongdoing. A 2023 trial in London saw him cleared of nine charges including sexual assault, which were alleged to have been committed between 2001 and 2013 and related to four men.\u00a0Two of the men who accused the Oscar-winning star during the criminal trial also filed civil legal<\/a> cases at the High Court, according to BBC News.<\/p>\n

\n\tSpacey has been slowly attempting to rebuild his career since the 2023 trial, landing roles in the odd movie, directing others and making appearances at festivals<\/a>. Late last year, he said he <\/a>\u201cliterally\u201d has no \u201chome\u201d and was living out of a suitcase in hotels and Aibnbs while working as a lounge singer in Cyprus. He likened his predicament to the experiences of actors of yore, who were swept into the Hollywood blacklist as a result of McCarthyism.<\/p>\n
