Brooks Nader revealed to PEOPLE that she once had liposuction and that she \u201cforever\u201d regrets it<\/p>\n

The model and reality star, 29, said that she experienced unwanted side effects related to the procedure<\/p>\n

Nader caught up with PEOPLE exclusively while attending the Clarins Night of Extra in Los Angeles on March 20<\/p>\n

Brooks Nader<\/a> revealed that she once had liposuction.<\/p>\n

The model, reality star and actress caught up with PEOPLE exclusively at Clarins Night of Extra at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles on Friday, March 20. During the conversation, PEOPLE asked Nader, 29, about whether she has any \u201cforever regrets\u201d when it comes to beauty.<\/p>\n

\u201cI probably shouldn’t say this, but I’m just going to say it,\u201d Nader replied. \u201cI had liposuction<\/a> years ago, and I forever regret it because I just didn’t need it. I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe just got to do less with all that and be healthy,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Nader has previously been candid about the various cosmetic procedures she\u2019s done.<\/p>\n

In a November 2025 interview with Bustle<\/a>, Nader said, \u201cPeople say I look like Michael Jackson<\/a>,\u201d while discussing reactions to her nose job.<\/p>\n

She also revealed she has veneers, gets injectables like Botox and used a GLP-1 to kick-start her weight loss goals.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery Christmas, you can catch me looking like Freddy Krueger,\u201d Nader told the outlet when describing the various aesthetic treatments she receives during her time off.<\/p>\n

While speaking to PEOPLE, Nader, who starred in a Clarins campaign, also shared some of her favorite skincare products.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love the Double Serum,\u201d she told PEOPLE. \u201cI put it on top of all of my makeup. I put it on the tip of my nose. It adds a glow.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI’ve been a Clarins girly forever. I’m wearing the Lip Perfector. Extra firming, give me extra everything,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

The Love Thy Nader<\/a> star also revealed that her personal style can most accurately be described as \u201cextra.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI think I’m extra in every way,\u201d she said. \u201cI feel like everyone’s into the Carolyn Bessette<\/a> demure [look], and I’m like, \u2018No, I’m a maximalist.\u2019 \u2026 I want sparkles \u2026 I’m from the South, so I’m extra in every way.\u201d<\/p>\n
