Carlos Alcaraz<\/a>\u2019s shock early exit at the Miami Open presented by Itau<\/a> could have implications further down the road when it comes to the Spaniard\u2019s status as World No. 1. <\/p>\n The 22-year-old finished the \u2018Sunshine Double\u2019 events in Indian Wells and Miami with a 5-2 record after Sebastian Korda<\/a> prevailed 6-3, 6-4 in the pair\u2019s third-round clash on Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium.
