The shooting happened just before 6:30 a.m. on Thomas Aly in Moore. The coroner&#8217;s office said Lidarrell Cheeks, 32, died at the scene.  The Spartanburg County Sheriff&#8217;s Office said Deondre Smith-Jefferson, 17, is charged with murder in the case.
