News first emerged on March 19 that Jordan, 32, who wed Jessi, 33, in 2020, had begun divorce proceedings, a decision that he later said in a statement had weighed “heavy on his heart.”<\/p>\n

“This has not been an easy decision, and it comes with a heavy heart,” he said in a statement, before insisting that both he and Jessi were committed to ensuring that the transition was managed as amicably as possible for the sake of their children.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m grateful for the shared memories and the lessons. While our paths are now moving in different directions, my priority remains my children and ensuring they feel loved, supported, and protected through this transition,” he said.<\/p>\n

“I am committed to handling this next chapter with kindness and respect.”<\/p>\n

However, it appears that things quickly took a bitter turn in the former couple’s relationship, with The Sun<\/a> reporting that Jordan filed for a restraining order against his estranged wife just one day after the divorce documents were filed.<\/p>\n

According to the documents, Jessi opposed the order in a Utah court on the same day it was filed.<\/p>\n

Jessi and Jordan share a son,\u00a0Jagger, 5, and a\u00a0daughter,\u00a0Jovi, 3. Jordan is also a dad to\u00a0Peyton, his daughter from a prior relationship.<\/p>\n

Few details are known about why Jordan filed the order. The outlet suggested that he may have done so to prevent Jessi from discussing the details of their split publicly\u2014amid rumors that she was hoping to line up an appearance on a major podcast, like Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy.”<\/p>\n

While the duo have only now confirmed that they are divorcing, they have been dogged by rumors of a split for months now, speculation that was only heightened in November 2025, when they exclusively revealed to Realtor.com\u00ae<\/a> that they were listing their marital home and moving to a new property in a bid for a “fresh start.”<\/p>\n

Soon after, Jessi claimed that she had been suffering from “emotional abuse” in her marriage, noting that she and her spouse had agreed to a 90-day separation.<\/p>\n

At the time, her partner acknowledged that he had caused his wife “pain,” telling\u00a0People<\/a>\u00a0in a November statement: “I take full accountability for the pain I caused Jessi during our marriage.”<\/p>\n

That same month, the couple listed their marital home in\u00a0Pleasant Grove, UT<\/a>,\u00a0for $2.5 million. The couple found a buyer for the property less than a month later, according to property records. Because Utah is a nondisclosure state, the final sale price is not known.<\/p>\n

Throughout most of their time in the 1970s-built residence, which they extensively remodeled before putting it on the market, the couple encountered major relationship challenges, most of which relate to Jessi\u2019s appearance on another reality TV show.<\/p>\n

Following her August 2024 visit with Bravo\u2019s \u201cVanderpump Villa\u201d cast in Italy, the #MomTok influencer and owner of\u00a0JZ Styles<\/a>\u00a0hair salon faced accusations of cheating on Jordan with fellow reality TV personality\u00a0Marciano Brunette. Jessi later admitted to having had an “emotional affair” with Marciano.<\/p>\n

\u201cMarriage is hard; people make mistakes\u2014it\u2019s how we grow from them,\u201d she admitted to Realtor.com in November.<\/p>\n

However, it seemed that the couple were still hoping to move forward together, revealing that they had found a new home where they believed they would be able to start a new chapter in their marriage.<\/p>\n

The Presidio Real Estate agent also happened to be currently coaching \u201cThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wives\u201d star\u00a0Dakota Mortensen\u00a0in the business of real estate in addition to his job at the\u00a0Salt Lake City<\/a>\u2013based brokerage.<\/p>\n

\u201cKenny is Dakota\u2019s real estate mentor, and we are big fans of \u2018Sold on SLC,\u2019\u201d admitted Jessi. \u201cUs Utah reality stars have to stick together!\u201d<\/p>\n

What started as a connection over their shared reality TV experiences in the Mormon mecca soon blossomed into a strategic business collaboration.<\/p>\n

\u201cUtah really is such a small world,\u201d Kenny explained. \u201cJessi, Jordan, and I entered the reality TV phase at a similar time. Being in a similar situation, we started messaging on Instagram and the relationship grew from there.\u201d<\/p>\n

The luxury real estate expert says his time on TV gave him the competitive edge to land the $2.5 million listing and helped him navigate the transaction with nuance.<\/p>\n

\u201cCombined with the depth of knowledge and solid reputation from a real\u00a0estate perspective, my background in reality TV helps as I understand the potential obstacles that may arise with the production of \u2018Secret Lives,\u2019” he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the success that Jessi and Jordan have had, it makes sense that they would look to bring on the best of the best to handle such a big transaction.\u201d<\/p>\n

The expansive estate, which sits on a lot that is just over half an acre, is located about 35 miles south of Salt Lake City.<\/p>\n
