{"id":543948,"date":"2026-03-25T07:52:07","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T07:52:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/543948\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T07:52:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T07:52:07","slug":"raiders-continue-to-get-calls-about-maxx-crosby","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/543948\/","title":{"rendered":"Raiders continue to get calls about Maxx Crosby"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just when he thought he was out, they pulled him back in.<\/p>\n<p>He still could end up out again.<\/p>\n<p>In his deep dive regarding the failed Maxx Crosby trade from the Raiders to the Ravens, Ryan McFadden of ESPN reports that the Raiders continue to get calls about Crosby.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/48287941\/las-vegas-raiders-baltimore-ravens-maxx-crosby-trade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Teams continue to check in on his availability<\/a>,\u201d McFadden writes, \u201cbut as of now, the Raiders\u2019 asking price to trade Crosby\u2019s contract remains high.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Baltimore\u2019s decision to pass on the trade given Crosby\u2019s knee has made other teams \u201chesitant\u201d to meet the Raiders\u2019 demands. Based on McFadden\u2019s reporting, however, the door hasn\u2019t been slammed shut.<\/p>\n<p>One factor will be whether and to what extent Crosby\u2019s knee improves to the point that it will make a team comfortable to do the deal. It also would be prudent for both sides to keep things quiet until the new team has a chance to get a fresh look at Crosby\u2019s surgically-repaired knee.<\/p>\n<p>Crosby has said he wants to stay with the Raiders.
