Tracy had a 17-year-old son, Gage, with Seth.<\/p>\n<p>Tracy said Seth &#8212; AKA Shifty Shellshock &#8212; died without a will and was survived by his adult son, Halo Binzer, and two younger sons &#8230; Gage, who lived with Tracy &#8230; and another son, Phoenix Lennard, whom Seth had with ex Jasmine Lennard.<\/p>\n<p>                  <a class=\"js-click-image js-track-link image-lightbox-preview\" data-node-ref=\"tmz:image-asset:image_jpg_20260324_dd253c41cead4b2a95ba8fc799f7a2dd\" data-container-ref=\"tmz:article:b2b9c842-7c8e-4e6b-8e94-6470dd8feabe\" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;image&quot;}\"><\/p>\n<p>                          <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/dd253c41cead4b2a95ba8fc799f7a2dd_md.jpg\" alt=\"seth-binzer-sub-getty-1\" width=\"728\" height=\"546\" class=\"img-fluid image-block__img-fluid img-aspect-auto\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                  <\/a><\/p>\n<p>In July 2025, Halo filed his own docs to take control of the estate, which he claimed was only worth $90,500. He later disputed claims brought by Tracy about him \u201csomehow squandering\u201d Seth\u2019s royalties and hiding \u201cpersonal effects under undue influence of his grandmother.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"continued\" class=\"continued-anchor\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Halo said there were &#8220;no tangible personal effects of any value,\u201d adding that his late father &#8220;had a severe substance abuse problem and sold anything of value to support his lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Halo\u2019s lawyer wrote, \u201cWhat we have here is a sad situation, a tragic death leaving three young boys fatherless, but Shelor\u2019s actions are making a sad situation more devastating in that now funds that could have been used to support the heirs will have to be used for probate administration.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>                  <a class=\"js-click-image js-track-link image-lightbox-preview\" data-node-ref=\"tmz:image-asset:image_jpg_20260324_3d1afbc1f3e64d5281e1644e0aab7871\" data-container-ref=\"tmz:article:b2b9c842-7c8e-4e6b-8e94-6470dd8feabe\" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;image&quot;}\"><\/p>\n<p>                          <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/3d1afbc1f3e64d5281e1644e0aab7871_md.jpg\" alt=\"seth-binzer-sub-getty-2\" width=\"728\" height=\"546\" class=\"img-fluid image-block__img-fluid img-aspect-auto\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                  <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Phoenix\u2019s mom, Jasmine, filed her own docs opposing Tracy taking over, claiming to have had issues with Tracy in the past.<\/p>\n<p>Tracy fired back at Halo, claiming he had not provided any accounting for Seth\u2019s estate, including an unreleased album, two possible documentaries, and other potential contracts \u201centered into when he was in severe mental decline.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As TMZ previously reported, Seth died on June 24, 2024, at the age of 49.
