This comes from a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CnuTGIq5JzI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">podcast<\/a> published today.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s claimed that Star Fox will be making a return on Nintendo Switch 2 this summer. Apparently it\u2019ll be a classic style Star Fox game, and \u201cthe visuals are supposed to be very good\u201d. Online multiplayer is apparently in as well. This would make sense given the <a href=\"https:\/\/nintendoeverything.com\/fox-mccloud-revealed-for-the-super-mario-galaxy-movie\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">appearance of Fox McCloud in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Also claimed is that The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is getting a remake on Nintendo Switch 2. No further details were provided aside from a second half of 2026 launch window.<\/p>\n<p>As for 3D Mario, don\u2019t expect to see that this year. NateTheHate claims that it\u2019s coming in 2027 instead.<\/p>\n<p>For the rest of the year, Splatoon Raiders, Fire Emblem Fortune\u2019s Weave, Rhythm Heaven Groove, and a Nintendo Switch Sports (unclear if brand new or something like a Switch 2 Edition) are planned for this summer. Additionally, Pikmin 4 and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 are apparently getting Nintendo Switch 2 Editions in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>NateTheHate has previously <a href=\"https:\/\/nintendoeverything.com\/rumor-nintendo-direct-happening-in-february-possibly-first-week-of-the-month\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">provided accurate information about Nintendo Directs<\/a>. Speaking of which, we apparently won\u2019t be getting a general presentation until June.
