Indiana Fever<\/a> guard Caitlin Clark<\/a> is one of the smartest female basketball players today, and the NBA<\/a> thought they could use her insights to help break down one of their games.<\/p>\n

The WNBA<\/a> superstar has had an exciting weekend as she dabbled in sports media coverage. First, she served as a photographer during the Indiana Pacers<\/a>\u2019 game against the Los Angeles Lakers<\/a>. Then, a few days later, she appeared on the NBC broadcast booth as part of the team covering the New York Knicks<\/a>\u2013Oklahoma City Thunder<\/a> game on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Clark joined Maria Taylor, Carmelo Anthony, Vince Carter, and Tracy McGrady on the pregame show and discussed a wide range of topics. They talked about the upcoming matchup between two title contenders, Nikola Joki\u0107 of the Denver Nuggets<\/a>, and her photos of LeBron James<\/a> that she posted on her social media accounts.<\/p>\n

The panel also took the opportunity to ask about her experience photographing the Lakers superstar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI swear we made eye contact, so I sat down the camera, and I smiled at him, and he just looked at me with a straight face. I\u2019m like \u2018he didn\u2019t even see me,\u2019 but the photos turned out well,\u201d she told the like an excited fan.<\/p>\n

She also said that James is her Greatest of All Time.<\/p>\n

It was a short stint, but the WNBA showed its approval by commenting on the Fever\u2019s Instagram post about their player\u2019s side gig.<\/p>\n

Other Instagram users also thought she did a good job during the broadcast.<\/p>\n

“She did incredible \ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\udc4f and looked very classy \ud83e\udef6\ud83c\udffc\ud83e\udef6\ud83c\udffc\ud83e\udef6\ud83c\udffc,” one commented.<\/p>\n

“CC22, you crushed it, such a natural. I can’t wait to see you ND the Fevers play! Looking for a productive year for you and the teams! Go Fever!!!! \ud83d\udd25\ud83d\udd25\ud83d\udd25,” another one wrote.<\/p>\n

Clark\u2019s basketball career is still young, but becoming an analyst is not a far-fetched path for her. She minored in Communication Studies in college, and most importantly, her basketball IQ is regarded as among the best of her generation.<\/p>\n
