A white social media influencer and correspondent is currently receiving a lot of backlash for allegedly using artificial intelligence to superimpose her face onto the body of a Black woman in a photo that was originally taken at the U.S. Open.<\/p>\n

Lauren Blake Boultier, a social media influencer and correspondent, allegedly took a photo of a black influencer, superimposed her face onto the woman\u2019s body, and then reposted the photo on social media, claiming that she was at the Miami Open.<\/p>\n

Tatiana Elizabeth, the woman in the photo, however, spoke out on the social media app Threads<\/a>, claiming that the photo was originally taken of her at the U.S. Open two years ago.<\/p>\n

As news of the incident spread, Boultier removed the photo from the social media app, but she has yet to make any official statement or apology.<\/p>\n

Many people are speaking out against the use of artificial intelligence to edit the photo and against Boultier for removing it without comment.<\/p>\n

Boultier has yet to comment on the situation, and attempts to obtain a statement from her have been unsuccessful.<\/p>\n
