A vehicle flipped onto its roof in the westbound lanes of Route 30 near the Route 222\/Reading exit in Manheim Township around 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday.  The crash blocked lanes of traffic and caused an extensive backlog on Route 30 westbound and Route 222 southbound. Surrounding roads in the area also experienced delays. The scene has since cleared, and all lanes have reopened. Dispatch said no one has been transported. The Manheim Township Police Department is investigating.  WGAL is working to learn more.
