It\u2019s a full house at the Joe Craft Football Training Facility. Will Stein<\/a> built a large coaching staff. He also created a front office apparatus, in addition to the many folks hustling and bustling around the grounds in Kentucky polos. Just when you thought he was finished, there\u2019s a new addition. <\/p>\n

Justin Rowland reported on Tuesday for KSR+<\/a> that Erynn Love will join the program as the Kentucky Football Director of Recruiting. The school officially announced the addition today. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to welcome Erynn to Kentucky,\u201d Stein said in a statement<\/a>. \u201cShe is exactly what we\u2019re looking for in this role. She is smart, energetic and a natural fit for the culture we\u2019re building. She brings a relentless, proactive approach to recruiting and has a genuine passion for connecting with people. That ability shows in the relationships she builds with prospects and their families. We\u2019re excited about the vision and energy she brings to our program.\u201d<\/p>\n

It must feel like the first day of the rest of her life. Love is a Knoxville native who attended Tennessee. She spent a little more than a year working for the football program, and judging based purely off this resume, she couldn\u2019t wait to get out. Can you blame her? That place is disgusting. <\/p>\n

After leaving Knoxville, Love worked at North Carolina and Tulsa. During her time in Oklahoma, Love was the brains behind the \u201cPortal House.\u201d During the hectic transfer portal season, the Golden Hurricane\u2019s football operation set up shop in one house. A viral sensation, it gave college football fans an idea of what the transfer portal chaos is really like behind the scenes. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In Love\u2019s role as the Kentucky Football Director of Recruiting, she will work closely with the director of player personnel Jarrett McElwain. Coordinating visits and enhancing the experience for prospective Kentucky football recruits are the utmost priority. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to return to the SEC and join the Kentucky program,\u201d Love said. \u201cThis league sets the standard in college football, and to be back competing at this level means a lot to me. Kentucky is building something special, and I\u2019m excited to be part of a culture that prioritizes relationships, development and winning. I can\u2019t wait to get to work.\u201d<\/p>\n
