Ousted CBS anchor<\/a> Josh Elliott and \u201cEyewitness News\u201d anchor Liz Cho\u2019s messy divorce battle<\/a> included a blowout fight \u2014 over grapes.<\/p>\n

The latter allegedly once yelled at her ex for packing the snack in his daughter Sarina\u2019s school lunch, according to docs obtained by Page Six on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The journalists, notably, each have a daughter from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n

Cho allegedly \u201clash[ed] out\u201d at Elliott \u201cwhile he was washing grapes for his daughter\u2019s lunch, exclaiming that the grapes were hers and he was not permitted to put them in the child\u2019s lunch.\u201d<\/p>\n

The argument took place \u201cwithin earshot of the child,\u201d per the docs, which were filed by Elliott\u2019s attorney in January.<\/p>\n

Elliott, 54, also accused his estranged spouse of \u201clocking doors and shutting off lights on [his] teenage daughter in the evening when it was 14 degrees outside.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, he alleged Cho \u201cmonitor[ed] and listen[ed] to [his] private phone calls,\u201d \u201crifl[ed] through [his] personal belongings and closet\u201d and \u201cengag[ed] in a consistent pattern of false accusations and manufactured crisis.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elliott also claimed the 55-year-old left their Weston, Connecticut, mansion \u201cfor extended periods without communication despite the presence of two dogs requiring daily care.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reps for Elliott and Cho have yet to respond to Page Six\u2019s requests for comment.<\/p>\n

We broke the news last month that Elliott had filed to end his and Cho\u2019s decade-long marriage in June 2025.<\/p>\n

The split took a contentious turn in January of the following year when Cho filed a motion of contempt<\/a> against Elliott \u2014 while they both continued to reside in their home.<\/p>\n

She accused her ex, who we hear is back on the dating scene<\/a>, of moving their dogs, as well as a \u201csignificant amount of furniture and furnishings,\u201d from the residence when she was away on vacation.<\/p>\n

In November 2025, Cho filed a motion of contempt against Elliott. ABC<\/p>\n

Cho also alleged Elliott was in possession of \u201ca valuable watch and earrings from her jewelry bag.\u201d<\/p>\n

He denied the \u201cfalse and inflammatory\u201d statements in a subsequent filing, claiming to have taken a \u201climited\u201d number of items while \u201cremoving himself and his child from a hostile environment.\u201d<\/p>\n

The case remains ongoing, with their most recent court hearing taking place on March 20.<\/p>\n
